after getting my 400 I noticed right away that ther was lots of play in the throttle, but rode it anyway..after a spin or two around the yard I broke out the owners manual to check out the specs on throttle play, it was 1/8---5/16in. well i had little over 5/8 in. and thats no lie , i'm sure that most of you have probably checked this and too, would have noticed but it might explain some of these forums i've read about everyones top speeds being so different assumeing that they were taking their (the rider:rolleyes: ) weight into consideration.;)
