post pictures?

How do you post a picture. I had a buddy explain it and I still can't do it.

I click the browse button beside attach file...I have resized my picture but for some reason It don't work...am I just stupid?

Click browse, then hit the drop down arrow to g to your drive, then select the file, be sure you are only putting one pic and not a whole folder that has the pic in it.

and if it says to big, change the file to jpg or jpeg
