I know that they are a lot of thread about that but I want to know the advantage and disadvantage about that products??

I use semi-synthec 10w40 oil
White Brother R4 Pipe
Uni Filter
maybe I will be open box soon
Home Made Air Scoop

Does my engine can overheat in temp around 100F with the timing key??

Can I keep the key If I put a 416 kit with cam and 11:1 piston without lose reliability?

Final question : I read somewhere that with the key this is more difficult to adjust valves clearance ... how hard it come to adjust it?

Thanks alot guys

this is an inexpensive mod for the 400ex and will give you a crisp throttle response, in a big bore this will create more heat you just need compensate with airscoops cooler plug synthetic oil and maybe race gas.
