Im sure someone will have one for me sooner or later, or i'll just call the dealer and bug service again :)

Im too cheap to buy one for 50$ when I spend enough there on parts and the atv. :)

Well, it would be a bit of a copyright infringment. ;)
The ATV crowd likes to bend rules a bit here and there, but we tend to respect others livleyhoods at the same time.

Besides a .pdf of the service manual has to be an 8 gig file.. lol.

If you're near a metro area.. check out the public library. They usually have clymers manuals.

Jus tgot back form the dealer. Bought the crush gasket I needed and almost bought the shop manual. It actually doesn't have a torque spec for the nuts on the exhaust studs. It says to tighten them securly.

so I didn't buy it besides they 49$ for it :(

As for the file size the one for my 400ex is only 150 megs. and tis all there in good quality.

im talking the honda manual too not one of the knockoff's.

it will take clymer a couple of years to come out with a manual for the 450r the only one available is through honda.

I have a bunch of service manuals in pdf files but it sucks to have to go to my laptop for torque specs when I'm in the middle of a build. The paper manuals are much more convenient. I even printed one and bound it but it cost almost as much as buying it. All that being said, I have a brand new Honda service manual for the 04-05 TRX I'll sell for $40 shipped if anyone needs it. It's still in the plastic wrapper!

Sweet thanks, been looking for this.

Mainly because I was looking to check the valves. I though you had to do that after 20 hours (the 400ex did), but they say in the manual to Inspect at 200 hours.?.?.?
