Put File help...

Can some one explain to me how or what i need to save my vids from my cam. to my computer ?? i think i can upload to put file, but i need to no how to upload on to my comp. can i do it with the usb cable that came with my cam? i have a sony handy cam Digital 8 and windows xp.. any help much appriciated !!! -Ethan

yea,just hook it up to ur comp using the usb cable and put it on replay:macho

i use a firewire cable
and XP will prompt you to save footage from device in that pop up box as soon as you plug it in
