how do you change picture bytes without losing quality here is my pic if you could set it up for my avatar here and one for aim i would appreciate it.

can some change my picture so that is available to use as my aim icon, as well as my atvriders icon, while still fitting the max number of bytes available in both programs with out losing quality in the picture

none of those work as my atvriders or as my aim icons

how did you change the size? if i scan a pic that has been developed off a roll of film, i can adjust the size to upload it on here but if i down load a pic from the digital camera, it is huge and i can shrink the byte size. i am a computer dummy so any help here would be great. then, how would you use it as a icon?
