Hey guys,
I got to ride my 450r...runs great...but a few concerns. The exhaust tip were it should be turning a nice black is turned a medium/dark grey. I have a high compression piston, hotcams stage II cam, full yosh pipe, and air box lid removed. Im running right now around a 200 jet....(thinking its lean..so gon bigger)....but im concerned...cause this number seems too big. My first thought is im losing coolant...got a leak...but after 3 hours it hasnt lsot one drop of coolant. And the confusing thing is..it starts in one kick..idles super smooth, and runs like a bat out of..you know. But does race gas burn this greyish color on the exhaust tip instead of the normal black...or do i have wierd problem..and what jet size should i be running???.....im completely stumped.
