I am running Elka dual rate with the Elka link. That is how the bike was delivered to me, and it was quite low, I think the preload was backed off all the way to help it fit in a crate. It was set with about six inches of sag, I have it set to about 2 inches of sag right now and I like it a lot. It was way too low in that pic!
