aftermarket bars on a z400

What does it look like when you put aftermarket bars on? Are the lights (the little dash thing) moved or do you take them off? Also, any preferences on types?

i have Moose Racing Bars and my friend has Renthal Bars on his and we just left the dash right where it is. and the Cross bar goes across the top of the dash. So there was no need to move the dash.
