probably low-mid since 450 has a lot of top end!!!:D

I made my pipe in shop class and put it on the dyno and it turned 61hp.

you sure left off a few great exhausts from your poll.

i just installed a Rossier and gained 7 hp with the pipe and an air filter. thats dyno'd numbers, not an estimate.

Curtis Sparks, Rossier,HMF, and LRD are prolly going to be your best bets. LRD has awesome low end gains. 7+ hp on bottom dyno'd. doesnt do too much for ur top end though. People have reported good things from curtis sparks and rossier as well.

Another option is the PC exhaust. I've seen great dyno results with a stage II cam and a PC.

Well I have a Yoshi TRS system but I'm in the process of changing to an ESR exhaust by the end of this week. So I will keep you posted as far as which one performance better.
