right off hand i don't know, i will see if a friend can mock one up on his 400 chassis. i'm sure you could get it to fit by cuttin down the mounting plate to drop between the rails. shouldn't be hard to do. just make a template of the frame rail and trace it on to the plate then sawzall, grind, torch or what ever to make it fit.
