a arm help

bent my upper arm on the left side and i found one on ebay but the guy says its for the right side and i need the left. is there any difference in hte left and right upper a arms and can i use the right a arm on the left side. i dont think it really matters but i want to make sure, but one of my friends thinks thier different. any help appreciated.

Im gonna have to say they are different. The balljoint will be farther back than it should when bolted to the frame if you put a right side on on the left side.
