I had a great time too. it was the first time I was at a real track. The first time i went to hit the big stepup/table top i nailed it, my brother in law was behind me and said i was like 10 feet up... i thought i did good for my first time.

Simple Green is all i use and all i recommend. Clean up took 10 minutes.

I didnt care it got dirty, it sure looked good ripping across the parking lot with chad at the controls:D

It's all good, I got so much done on the R, and had a great time even though I didn't get to ride it. Once I get the air box, and a new chain slider in a couple weeks, I will be tearing up the sand pits here, on borowed front wheels and tires haha:p . It was definatley a weekend I won't soon be forgeting.

I started using mean green sorta like simple green, puts spots in all my polished goodies.. :grr:

mean green is a knock-off version of greased lightening....dont use it on polished parts....or alu.

ok, here ya go....


2 quarts of canned tomatoes(diced works best)
1 large onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1 jalapeno or other hot pepper chopped fine (i use all types)
1/4 pound crawfish tails steamed (seafood dept.@ grocery store)
1/2 ~1 pound small pre cooked shrimp (deviened and peeled)
1/2 ~1 pound smoked sausage cut in thin pieces
3 to 4 teaspoons of chopped garlic (fresh is better, 4 to 5 cloves)

seasonings....

i use a small amount of each and add to taste:

cayanne pepper
salt
pepper
ground cummin (teaspoon)
creole seasoning (add till ya think it tastes good)
old bay (add till ya think it tastes good)

put it all in a pot, bring to a slow boil and stir to prevent sticking. cook until green peppers are soft. all the shrimp and sausage are precooked so really they just needed to be heated and bring it all to a boil will usually cook everything just right. taste the broth often during cooking and season as you go. it can get real spicy real fast if ya dont!

serve over white rice.


i have no clue where i got that recipe. i add various things depending on whats in season (peppers etc)

and the crawfish come whole, you have to pull off the tails...lol

sorry for the recipe but ive had alot fo folks email me for it and its in my head not on paper or the computer so here it is...lol

no, there is the tripple then a table after it. i was landing on the upside of the third "bump" right before i left. so a lil more gas in 3rd and im over. the old lil stepup now big triple is intimidating as well....i dont forsee myself doing that anytime soon...i value my life as of right now.......but yeah i didnt hit much being the last time i was on the track ppl thought i was dead 2 years ago :blah:

Did some woods riding first then proceeded to mx. everthing started out good and got better as I went then bam landed front tires straight down and kissed the ground day over. starting to recover should be ready to ride maybe next weekend. missed the food sat better luck next year

Hi, i saw the pics of the Cecco quads and I was just wondering why they had the reservoison their Elka piggybacks facing in toward their frame, did any body talk to them about this. It seems like it would be better for keeping stuff from hitting your reservoirs, but I wondering if it's a pain to adjust and if there are any clearance issues with it?

There were quite a few members that ventured into the woods for some riding. But being this is Rausch Creek and the MX tracks dominate the woods course most were on the tracks. The trails around the mx park are pretty good, but its up the road from where the gncc was run, but still great riding.

sounds good enough for me. i dont mind mx, and i do try it because i want to get better. i just only do it for a few minutes at a time, to make sure no one gets any pics of it, then i dissapear into the wodds while everyone laughs, lmao

lmao! I almost did that my 2nd lap around that track, people fly on that track jesus! I was beat from riding fri and all day saturday so I was cruising along and a bunch of guys came hauling *** I've never got over so fast in my life lmao

this was off in the woods not the woods track not sure what ur thinking of. it goes up hill then back down and there is 2 things you can do turn hard core to the left or go strait and land in a massive ditch hahaha scared the poo right out of me the first times i went up there

they have the harescramble course which everyone absolutely flys on, then theres the trails.

I'm talking about the one turn on the harescramble course, you go flying down the stright, hard hard left turn and I belive theres a crick right behind the berm probaly 40ft out

Yeah that TT sort of section of the six hour course is sick. Me and my friens there last weekend set up our own races. My one friend almost went off a small cliff. Right behind that huge mound of dirt there he was taking a corner alittle to fast and flew off track lmao.
