I have a hrc kit on my trx450r,and i want to know is it the best on this atv.

it really depends on your riding style, what you want out of the bike, and other mods on the bike

Besides the cam the other pieces are nice touches...the exhaust should be replaced with aftermarket, I am partial to the Pulse Charger, if you ride dunes or spend time in the mid to upper RPM range then yes, the cam is one of the best. If you need more low end or low to mid then possibly consider one of the Hot Cams.
