iron cross bumper and number plate help

what are the pros using on their iron cross bumpers as number plate back grounds? Like natalie and luburgh. I wanna get a 400 bumper for my 300 and need to know how their making the number plate. It looks like its elastic or sumthin like that.

You can buy number plates made for the iron cross bumper on blingstar's website. Or you can buy regular number plates ... take an hour with a blade and do it yourself .
