steering dampers

when i was looking at a dirtwheels magazine it was a 450r with appears tob 2 steering dampers on it or atleast i think it was 2 of them there so my question is are u supposed to use1 or 2 let me kno i kinda newstill learning as much i can about parts and everything.

ive seen that one to and its Joe Byrd's quad. i think so at least. You can use one, and its cheaper, but if you use 2 it will just make it better. But if you are getting one, i would suggest the one made by precision, i have heard nothing but good things about this one, do a search and you'll find a thread about it. They say its the best out right now.
