I need to set up my 400ex to race mx . I have +2 a- arms and works triple rate shocks . What do i need to set my front at ? I am talking about toe . Also what would be be a good ride height ? And were do you measure at on the quad for your height ?

to measure ride height, you need to sit on the quad and have a buddy measure at the lower front a arm mount to the ground and measure at the peg mount to the ground. The quad must be on level ground. the rear measurement should be 1/4 to 1/2 inch lower than the front.
as for toe in or out, adjust the toe in about 1/8 to 1/4 inch in.
