Has any 1 here had there springs powder coated or chromed?
and if you have has the powder coat or chrome chiped or cracked?

Either holds up fine. I've seen both. So you better start picking your color, hah :devil:

the only prob. with powder coating springs is the temp. can change the tempering in the springs making them a little weaker or bent depending on the way they are handled from the oven.

I had chrome stock shocks for dragging and they worked great! They still looked like new when I sold them.

yeah your better off chrome no heat used

I didnt notice any diffrence from pcing my springs. Started to chip off after a couple years though.
