$260 shipped, includes cables and CRF twist throttle. All you need to do is rewire it for your 450R and buy an adapter. I have all the info to do this if you need it. I bought it for my 450R and decided not to use it.

You have to spend $65 on an adapter for the the carb to fit the intake tract to the airbox Noss Adapter (http://www.nossmachine.com/honda_quad_parts.htm) then you have to wire up the throttle position sensor TPS Rewire (http://www.trx450r.org/forum/index.php?showtopic=1316) then set up the jetting, which if you search around you can see what the typical jetting is. The carb new from service honda is $365 so your saving $100 there, plus the hot start and throttle cables are included, I believe you can use one of the throttle cables for a thumb throttle. The pre assembled kits range from $560 - $700. I just decided not to use the carb since the cam, ignition, and pipe I'm using are more than enough for me. It's not too bad to get one set up for your bike, the big gains are in acceleration.
