I been reading about suspension rebuilds for my 450r and I want to find out the price of JH-Racings, only I cant seem to find there webpage.

I really been interrested in the C&D rebuild, but I like to jump alot and really want my 450r to sit lower like my 400ex does. I think by changing the link that is how other's are getting there 450r's to sit nice and low.

Thank you very much, i'll give them a call tomorrow after work.

I see the zps package listed on the site for 575$, wondering if that includes the link or not>

i'd look into the Derisi Rebuild on all 3.. by far the best stock rebuild i've seen and rode

Does the dirisi setup come with the link, or do I order that seperately?

Im almost ready to order my setup for my winter overhaul, so that is why im so interrested at this time.

I'd appreciate anyone input, especially those that rode more than 1 of the rebuilds mentioned. Do all that have rode more than 1 think its worth getting the link. I'd really want my 450r to sit low so I am thinking I want the link.

the link does a lot i just paid 375 to JH racing for my rear shock conversion and gt link

im not positive but i think the front conversions are 250 so it would be 625 for ur hole set up

You don't have to run an aftermarket linkage to sit low. My rear is a TCS dual rate rebuild and I could make it sit lower if I wanted. I have not ridden a 450r with an aftermarket linkage though so can't help you with a comparison. Mine rides great though. Picked up some trackside shrapnel in one of the pics.

just because you can go low doesnt mean you should. It wont help your handling whatsoever.

If you are running that low in the rear with stock linkage, you will only have about an inch of travel left. So you are contanstly riding on the bumper.

With a stock link you shouldnt have your rear any lower than 7 3/4

JH Racing 918 371 0101

the link makes it sit about an 1 1/2 lower. but the different ratio on the shock is night and day... it greatly reduces "bucking" and it also makes the stock rebuild actually work... Johnny does some great work he is my mechanic and i wouldnt want anyone else touching my stuff.

I got ahold of Santo himself just a few minutes ago. I will be sending my shocks out his way.

As for sitting low I can go much lower than the stock setup has me sitting now, without riding on the bottom. I have elkas on my 400ex and it sits way lower than my 450r does now even with all the preload out on rear end, I am happy with the front end but I like to put the rear atleast 1 inch lower than the front since I weigh 130 in full gear.

Santo will set me up and from what I seen from other's my 450 should sit very low after he does his magic and I install the new link.

It is $575 for the front and rear converstion and the linkage is $125.

Or just the rear converstion and Linkage is $375

Almost all of the rears we have been doing were done by others first for the stock linkage and everyone can not believe the inprovement when they get them back. We revalve all the shocks for riding style, machine specs and rider weight. If someone is not happy they can send them back and we will revalve them again or we will send springs to make sure everyone has the best shock possible. Sorry about the webpage I need to have it updated but there has been alot going on.

You've ridden all other companies rebuilds? Derisi nor JH did mine but I think I'd rather have a builder with more experience in MX build a shock for my MX bike than a builder with more experience in XC. If I ran XC, I'd probably have Derisi do it.

anyone have the derisi setup with stock swingarm skid, I'd like to see a pic so I can see what I need to modify to put my new link on when it arrives.
