I don’t know if it’s true but a friend of mine that is Honda crazy said “The 450R will be the same with small changes color… But that they are coming out with something like the dirt bikes. They will have a 450R and 450F. 450F has reverse…

You know what would be crazy, is if somebody posted some real information, or even just simple speculation without somebody posting them and bashing them for no apparent reason just ruining a whole thread.

I personally have to agree with the popular idea of chassis upgrades and engine performance advancements. It will probably have e start to please more people. I hope they make two models tho.

But really lets try and clean up these threads, every time i go to read something that sounds half interesting, its right full of posts arguing back and forth with petty insults.

i would think they would make minor engine adjustments..rear brake adjustments...suspension in the rear..who knows i mean yahmaha's 06 yfz they changed a bunch including a-arms swing arm brakes...

the 06 would be swell with electric and kick start

I believe you will see two models.

TRX450R for motorcross

Trx450ER for woods..the er will have electric start and a heaver flywheel.

just my prodictions.

for real

1. electric start, with kicker avail through hrc.

2. engine angle changed to relocate sprocket.

3. minor engine upgrade.

maybe more, but those are forsure

Asked at my local dealer ship today when the new 06 450r's were coming out and the guy there told me They were coming out in March and that they might be working on a fuel injection system for it. Just saying what i heard but i don't think it is true but ya never know.

i heard Honda and Chevrolet were working together on a hydrogen fuel cell, that created enough energy for a day of racing, and to power your entire city block for a week. then to recharge it all you have to do is fill up the tank with tap water. don't know if its true, that's what my brother in law's sister's cousin heard from her boss' 1st wife. wait till september huh???;)

You have got to stop with the Bullschit, c'mon guys. This site, especially this section is intended for mature riders to share "common truths and beleifs" about the 450R, not some stupid hydrogen/honda/chevy hybrid! I mean, laughs are laughs, but thats not even funny. Know what i mean?

If you want to make some sort of name for yourself around here, dont post stupid crap and waste Harlen's time and bandwidth so you can make everyone think your stupid. Then when you post, no one will listen or beleive anything you say anyway.

So lets cut "most" of the ridiculous posts and say something informative. A good joke is ok now and then though, but dont take it to the stupidity level.

I don't mind kicking it but wouldn't complain about e-start. The only thing I wish they'd work on would be the rear suspension...
Fuel injection would be cool too so you wouldn't have to worry about jet changes.

i think everyone should stop asking the question...about the 06
most of us have a sense of humor..and most of us have read that nobody knows the differences and changes and there are more than 1 thread on here so its fine to have some fun here and there i think and maybe add what youd like the 06 to have...

plus i heard hondas 06 is gonna be supercharged and have corvette body style..i guess they did colaborate with chevy
