tire leaning in and tires not lining up

my right front tire leans in at the top(camber) way to much. the left one is normal. but if u look from the front, the left set of a-arms are higher the the right set. also, setting the toe-in right and then having both tires line up straight with the handlebars doesnt happen. i think that my left shock is blown because it isnt pushing as hard on the left side as the right side shock is on the right side. pics comin l8tr

how did it twist the frame? did it bend a mount? im just curious.
