a question about gas in my new truck

So as gas prices continue to rise I was wondering about using E33 in my new 2005 canyon 4x4. It is 89 octane gas but it has a 33% mix of ethonal(sp) in it. It is about 30cents cheaper per gallon. So people say they cant run it in their older, late 90s cars and trucks but I will have no problems.

So will it work alright

I'd ask the dealer about that one if I were you. You may even be able to find the info in the manual. How do you like your truck so far? I have a 05 colorado(basically the same truck) and I like it. Did you get the I4 or I5?

I love it man, I got the I5 quad cab all black. It is just what I wanted.

try it, worst thing that should happen is you'll get some pinging for a tank, then just add regular gas.

Nice. I have a blue ext cab w/I4. I wanted the I5 but it wasn't in the budget. I may get one this spring and give the wife the I4 though.
