White Bros Rev Kit/ Sprocket Help

Hey Guys, I have a 2000 Stock 400ex and was wondering if the white bros rev kit would give me any performance improvement at all?

Another question, I'm looking to change my sprockets and chain. Should I stick to the stock number of teeth or what?

I ride my quad mostly through mud trails and hills and such. I do tracks but very very rarely.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated....

i think if you put on a 14 tooth sprocket, you would love that. That's what I did on mine and i not only take mine on the track, but on tight and muddy trails, and the 14 tooth front sprocket helped wiht my acceleration, so i wasn't having to switch through 2nd and 3rd gear all the time.
