well tonight im fixing my side case (finally) with this stuff called Devcon. my uncle works in a machine shop and works on cranes and said this is the stuff to use, way better than jb weld and he uses it alot. well, has any one ever herd of this stuff or had any experience with it? did it work good for u guys or was it crap?

my dad used it on CNC machines sometimes he says its good stuff.

What you do to your side case?

my stock chain snapped and put a small gouge in my sidecase. it barely leaks oil when the motor is on. nothin huge though.

well i can say that this stuff works. the hole is like | | that wide and about a little longer and this stuff filled it right in and dried hard as a rock. im so glad i got to fix my sidecase for about 10 bucks:D

JB weld is a specific product. Devcon is a brand name, and they make LOTS of different epoxies and adhesives.

What specific Devcon product are you using?
