it could be most anything, spark plug, water in gas, dirt in carb, needs rebuilt, also the other day my dads friend was working on a three wheeler and it wouldnt rev up because the main jet unscrewed and was just getting too much gas in the engine. Just check everything and see what happens.
hope i could help

i dont no what the plug is cause i never had a blaster, but their may be junk in the carb...do u run it screaming because if you do that then it shouldnt have anything in the carb, but then it may be blown up, cause its a 2 stroke. then if you bog it then their most definatly is junk in the carb then you need to clean the jets out and stuff.;)

that plug is fine, but try changing it anyway. also, go on and take the carb apart and clean it also

does it turn off just at idle, or when your riding? a little more detail on what its doing would help narrow down the things id have you check.

If I had to guess I would say the carb could be pluged,or an electrical problem somewhere.

take the carb off and loosen this screw
http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a308/bradley300/misc%20atv%20pics/carb1.jpg
now the whole top of the carb will screw off and the throttle slide will pull out.
then take off these 4 screws on the bottom of the carb
http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a308/bradley300/misc%20atv%20pics/carb2.jpg
and you will see the main and pilot jets
http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a308/bradley300/misc%20atv%20pics/carb3.jpg

take out those jets and spray the really well with carb cleaner. while there out, spay the entire carb down and put it back together. that should do it
