Port and Polish??

I have been thinking about getting my head on my 2000 400EX port and polished but have never had this done to a quad before. Will it make a big difference and how much does ot usually cost to get done and who would be good to have do it?

The 400ex heads are REAALLY rough,but anyways, a port and polish will help,but it does even better with a carb,cam,and bore.
