Adjusting 450r shocks

Help please people!
I just bought an '05 450r and I am curious about the shock adjustment.
The tech at the place of purchase told me a little about the ability but I would like to know if people have played with the settings and which settings would be best for me. I am about 210# and do mostly trail and dirt riding with trips to the sand once or twice a year.
ANY help would be greatly appreciated.

I've found that the 450R shocks are a bit too stiff for the quad. I'm 195lbs and I like the compression (top screw) jacked all the way soft with the rebound (bottom screw) at the middle point. Try that and then adjust from there.
