Just heat up your plastics with a hair dryer or a heat gun before you put them on. They will stick better because the glue will get tackier.

try cleaning the area where the sticker will be placed with alcohol or brake clean on a rag. this removes all oil and or cleaning material allowing a better area for the sticker to adhere.

Yeah - da brake cleaner - The blow dryer think - negative. The brake cleaner right on. Ya know - ya get a sticker & ya wants put it on right away - way easier to spray than look for electric.

Thanx you guys.

I read to use wd 40. spray some on the plastic then you can position the sticker after you put it on then let it dry and it wont come off. I did it once but didn't much of a difference.

That's just so you can position it, just like window cleaner? That'd be like using goo-gone...eat it right up.

i use gasoline to clear up the area, but with the prices i dont think anyone would use it anymore

WD40:huh

id stick with a mild window cleaner. aerosol works good but dries faster then straight liquid. id hate to hose down my new $125 graphics with WD40 and have the petroleum liquify the glue:scary:

If you go to a local pharmacy or drug store you can buy what's called Adhesive Wipes ... make sure you don't buy Adhesive Remover Wipes .

It's basically a solution on something that looks like a wet nap ( you know the thing they give you at restaurants to wash your hands with) , but it's made to allow things to stick better . They use it in hospitals when they want to put tape on a person and not peel off in a few hours . Its REAL sticky stuff ... I use it when I put stickers on my quad ... not even the pressure washer can take it off .
