Fox pants

I bought fox racing 360 pants like the ones below

Well on the backside of the pants there is this rubber pad for grip or something that came off even before i put them on, is there any type of glue i should try to put it back on?

I don't think you can glue that patch back on again once it comes off - the rubber logos/patches come off if they aren't sewn on really well - don't dry anything in the dryer, as that will break the adhesive down and cause the rubber patches to come off earlier than if they just wear off. My husband had that same patch come off on his FOX pants......he just wore them without it......
