your dream project?

well, the title says it all

mine current dream project (they change like every month) is to take the very popular gncc racer, the v-force, take the stupid cvt equipped 700 motor out, and position and fabricate in the suzuki sv650 fuel injected watercooled vtwin sportbike motor, i have look into both, and the kawi and suz motor are similar in size (except the suz needs more room for the efi) but all that stuff should fit under the giganormous air box cover

i would keep all the suspension and stuff stock, except for a custom swingarm to accomodate the chain drive and disk brake, and i would slap on some maier yellow fender to go with the suz color theme, along with that smoke color frame suz always uses

the cool thing is, this might accually come true, i have been bidding on a sv650 motor on ebay all this week, and ive been thinking of trading my 450r (its sad, because its brand new) for a vforce

when you say crf450, you mean a dirtbike? or a hybrid quad?


and your dream project doesnt have to pertain to atvs or dirtbikes

it can be a house, or car, or anything

My dream project is almost done. Here's the most recent pic of it. The only things to truley make it my dream project would be PEP suspension, and a LRD Jeramia Jones 265 motor.

my project would be an all titanium chassis that was polished to perfection withe roll design plus three long travel titanium suspension suspension titanium antivibe steering titanium axled. with a hybrid rotary 700cc turbo engine. 250r plastics and a carbon fiber hood. that would be the most wicked 150mph plus quad ever. I would probably kill myself all metal matierials would be titanium even the bolts. Hey this is a dream project so that is why it is such a ridiculous answer. I know it will never happen

i want to build an 06' and keep my 04' as a practice quad...i just cant afford it though, so im going to have to settle for an 86' 250r practice quad....anyway the two biggest projects i want to do right now are take my fj40 landcruiser and lift it, put some 33's on it, snorkle, racing buckets, aqualu aluminum tub (dreaming haha), scout power steering converstion, and a nice set of flowmasters.

my other project would be to take my 84' VW rabbit GTI and pull the motor port and polish, bore it out, forged rods, stroked, high comp pistons, garret t3/t4 turbo with intercooler, audi 5000 throttle body, and another nice set of flowmasters, euro grill with single round lights, removed bumpers (maybe euro bumps?), porsche cookie cutter rims with lug converstion, racing buckets with 5 point harnesses, removed rear seat...this project will be commencing in a few weeks, and round one with the landcruiser will be done before the GTI project starts...when the GTI is done then the landcruiser will get the garage back and i will finish it..all before i get my liscense haha...nothin like 1950 pound german 1.8 pushing 10-15 psi of boost for a first car lol

I would love to take a Boss Hoss (Harley-type motorcycle with a Chevy V8) and chop it up, and mount it to an ATV chassis. Even without nitrous or turbo, it's very possible to get a SBC to 600hp easily.
