Can you buy just the tireballz and instal them yourself, do you have to be a certified dealer to get them or what? I know that you can get them installed at GNCC races, but I never checked on them and didn't know how much they cost. I just didn't know if I could install them myself.

Yes, you can install them yourself. They offer an insturction video and tools with them.
