do not use parts unlimited....they are horrible....horrible customer service and took forever to get my package

I use monkeybuttenterprises very fast shipping and great customer service and they can get you whatever you want if its not listed on the site.

Parts Unlimited sells direct to the customer ?? I thought they only dealt with their distributors , then the distributor deals with the customer ?? :confused:

The reason I say this , is because we deal with Parts Canada up here , which is basically the same company . Parts Canada will not deal direct with the customers ... they only deal direct with the distributors . I have had customers of mine want to deal direct with Parts Canada and they get the same response everytime ... " Deal with the distributor"

parts unlimited sucks...took 2 motnhs for me to get an exhaust once and only after they responded to my emails and calls I flooded them with for a month. Go elsewhere!!! rockymountainatv.com is pretty good ;)
