hopped up 400ex oil service

i hear you are supposed to change the oil every three rides if you have an ex which has full exhaust, k&n filter and jet kit. Is this true (i hope its not) because i change my oil twice a year. This came from a honda dealer. also any other maintance tips are helpful, thanks

Next time your at the dealer smack him in the chops..:D I guess if you ride your quad for more than 20 hours at a time then maybe every 3 rides is possible..just check it and make sure it's not black.
