does anybody know how the 426 does against a yfz 450 motor both in qauds. and whats the difference in the wr and yz.

i think wr stands for wide ratio. all i know, sorry. i'm sure someone's got the answer.

the wr has wide ratio gear and the are detuned (like airbox baffles more restrictive exhausts and differnt cams) im not sure if you could just bolt a 426 in a yfz frame though, and the power of the 426 is compareable to the new (05 or newer) yzf450

My friend has a houser quad and he says the new 450 motor wont bolt into his frame for the 426. Also, We have drag raced a few times and I will get him by maybe 1/2 a bike length on a long drag race.
