ive seen this kinda thing happen before....some immature kid gets on ebay bidding on any and everything....you know if somebody bidded that high and dont pay thats a binding contract they can be held liable...major trouble right there...ive seen where kids get on ebay and bid on expensive cars and such and their parents or them are held responsible

I bet someone with plenty of cash needed an axle and since it was fine he didn't care how much it was so he put in a bid for 13,000 just so he would be sure to get it. But then I bet someone else saw it for say...80.00 and was thinking the same thing. But with the proxy bids they don't know the previous person bid that high. So the other guy proably did the same and put in 14,000 in hopes of not getting outbid, but by doing that he reached the other persons max bid. So their both kind of screwed!

that makes sense but, if you look at the history of the bids, dhonda400ex's name is there 3 times, which means football frenzy put in the bids but wasnt higher that 400ex's...haha..if that makes any sense to you.

Yea check the bidding history. Also if it is just a joke by the seller wait till ebay sends him notice about the charges for selling an item at that price, and makes him pay.

Why the hell is the bid so high?

I can understand the items like the Wedding Dress and stuff, items that get a lot of attention and thus recieve a high amount of joke bids, or high bids from collectors that are paying for the noteriety of the item rather then the value of the item itself.

But this is a stock axle, no funny description, no naked reflections. There's nothing to attract attention...

its back to 66 bucks now, with 52 min left.
