I have the 520 kit in mine, FCR carb, their exhaust, K&N filter, DynaFS with their curve, their cam (don't remember which one). They dyno'ed it last weekend and jetted it in: 52 pilot and 150 main was the final setting.

WOW, that is some really low jetting. i have basically the same set up without the rev box, and i run a 65 pilot, and a 210 main.

Tell me how does the 520 run? I hear stories but I am actually curious. I have been told that it is a bottom end beast is this true. I also have heard that NMotions 520 will put out about 58 to 60 hp. Tell where all the gains are.

when i got mine back from nmotion with the fcr, they had jetted it for me, with a 200 main, and a 60 pilot. my conditions had me going a little fatter. trust me, this IS right. oh and there are gains all over the board.

I agree. The gains are amazing. The amount of power/torque is one thing, but the best part about it to me is how usable it is. I strictly ride MX and need a good power delivery, and as soon as I hit the throttle there is power to the wheels. It's unlike any other quad I've ever ridden.
