i have no idea of HP or top speed but it will beat a stock z400 and an 03 400ex with the same mods...mostly just trail riddin and open feilds....it was purchased on march 8th...i would say it has about 70-80 hours

how does this thing handel in like decently thick mud? Winter.. what oil are you using and whats the sus like?

I really dont know how you want me to answer this question...i mean the 400ex is a 2wd so unless your balls to the wall,really thick mud is gonna slow you down...as far as suspension,its all stock..i mean the 400ex is one of the best handling sport atvs for the price and always has been....i only run gn4 honda oil
