the elkas are quad rate compresion and rebound adj,19.5 eye to eye set up for a 180-200 pound rider on plus 2 lt a arms.the rear is dual rate compresion and rebound adj set up for a stock swing arm. i barely used them because of a injury. when i did ride on them is was at a practice track. i would have to say about 15-20 hrs.
