View Full Version : It's done!!...for now

Finally got the new rear end on....need to get better pics...but next month it will have a TC pipe, aluminum airbox, and Flexx bars..

Then this winter it will get new Powercoating, polishing, fenders, and QT seatcover and it should be done for good...

Tell me what you think...

thanks, i am going to try to keep it somewhat the same for next season...nothing to outrageous, but it will still look sweet..

Very nice 450r. Looks kinda like mine. Only I dont have hipers. Are you going to be at Rausch Creek?

I dont know..i've been wanting to but i dont think my dad would let me drive all the way over there by myself since im only 16..it's a long ways! What are the dates of the ride?

Pappy...you just got the Flexx bars right? Are they worth leaving the Pro Tapers and spending $300 on new bars? I've rode with a set around the pits but never got to take it out on the track..

very sweet quad man. im diggin the hipers alot. jus wondering how much did u pay fro the fronts plus rear.

i dig the hipers as well.
just can't force myself to spend that kind of cash.
i wish they were cheaper.

Very nice. Have to like the Laeger Swingarm. Looks like you have about everything possible done, but the Stem, is it stock?

Yes it is a stock stem, i love the bar height....

Im ordering the TC pipe and aluminum airbox on monday...then hopefully soon i can get enough money for the flexx bars...

Lookin good dirk, your gunna have to come down here and go to a local MX track with john's kids and I. Pretty nice track. I might let ya even ride the 300, I donno if you can handle the power tho, lmao.
