Read the directions and it clearly says "NO PRESSURE WASHING!"
I read that after pressure washing it when i was cleaning up in the garage..

Why in the world would you make a part on an atv not pressure washable.. lol. It's not like were gonna sponge wash an atv covered in 2" thick mud.. lol.

Paint the emblem black.. then dremmel polish the letters back to mirror. Should look great. ;)

where did you get the paint?
what's it called?
that looks KICK ARSE !!!

I can't see how pressure washing would do that. Should be a relatively easy fix. Try using "Never dull" on it.
With a little bit of elbow grease, it will polish it right up!!

i got it at autozone it was like 9$ its high temp so you can paint just about anything on the motor or pipe you will have to repaint the end cap after a few rides because its almost like the heat bakes the paint onto the metal surface but after that it stays pretty.............

Well since pressure washing is what i do for a living i can tell you that is was probably not the pressure washer but the chimicals that you used on it....any type of heavy degreeser will remove paint and dull the finish on aluminume parts. mothers polish should bring back the shine....when i wash my quads with pressure i only use about 1000 psi.
