450r I love it!

I just bought a 450r a few day ago and this thing is awsome, I absalutly love it. I did have to gear down to a 13 front sprockit, softed the shocks and added razr 2s all the way around, but now i think it handles great. What a sweet quad. I can't wipe the smile off my face for at least 15 min after i riding it. I think i'm gonna add a hot cam 2 and a slip on, i don't want to lose too much low end, but for now i'll keep it stock. It kicks *** the way it is. I rode the yfz and i liked it but coming from a 400ex this one fits me like a glove and my 400 feels like a tank now.

Get a full system, rejet and take the lid off and you will be amazed:)

Congrats on getting the 450 , you will never regret it. When i first got mine i put a 13t on also but after i put on all my mods below i put the 14t back on and now the first gear is perfect and it halls some a*ss through mid-top.

I'll have to get you two together some time to go riding. I have a 16 ft trailer that will haul 4 quads. There is a track in Thornburg that i want to take Brandon to in a few weeks. Let me know, i will come pick you up if you want to come with us. I may even have to buy Brandon a 450r if i can sell his 400ex.

Glad you like it but put a pipe, cam, remove airbox lid, rejet and then you will see how much power is hidden in that motor.
