i have full system an K&N filter i have a 155 main an the needle on the 4th notch an it dosent have the go it is needs to have plez help

ok:confused: , hows the plug look? does the engine bog any, rev slow, pop, try and die when you hit the gas, etc? please explain a little more of what its doing and ill give a shot at trying to help you out more:)

I would think you are a little lean. But like he asked, what does the plug look like?

i jus put a new plug in it and it didnt make a diff.

try messing wiht your gas intake part on the carb might not be getting enough

i meant how does it look, like color wise. if its a dark grey-golden brown then the jetting's more than likely correct. White- lean, Black- to rich.

my plug is black but i keep messin with the mixture screw plez tell me wat size jet an were the needle needs to be and the mixture screw

well ill try. black, your definitely rich. try (if you have them available) going down one or two jet sizes. lot of people on here have their needle set at third position (never moved mine and it runs perfect with all my mods done). get it warmed up and adjust idle til it sounds steady, if you have a tachometer available hook it up to the plug wire i believe it it supposed to idle at 1,200 rpms, id check your manual though. the fuel screw i belive it is stock set at 2.5 turns out (hopeful;ly others will chime in if im wrtong. when you get it runnin let it warm up pretty good and check spark plug again. good luck to ya.

wait a sec if this is for a kfx disregard all the adjustments for idle and fuel mixture i just told you. just read your name and wasnt sure. if its for the 400ex give it a try.

no its a kfx 400 i need t oknow witch size jet to put in it the only reason i writing it here because kfx/z page sucks
