OEM a-arms are not that much money I don't think. Go look on ebay too.

Solution: stop jumping that far with a 300ex stock suspension. jk:p

Attempting to weld that stock arm would be a waste of your time. Would you really feel confident launching your bike with a repaired STOCK a arm? Not worth the effort when you can get arms dirt cheap on ebay. Ive seen a whole front end kit with tie rods + all 4 arms go for 65 bucks before. If I was you I would start saving for a new front end w/ at least some works shocks if youre jumping 60 feet now

i have a 3 year warranty on it and i'm in my 3rd year now.i'm thinking since its a weld that broke then maybe they will replace it, and yes i do need some suspension pretty bad but i am going to try and get a new or used 450r or yfz here soon.

I could weld that back up in 10 minutes, but once the metal stresses like that, a weld will only compound the likelyhood of another fracture. Also try
www.servicehonda.com They it all, not sure bout their A-Arm prices, but when all else fails....
