hot wired fan on 450r please help

i hot wired my 450r and i want sure if my fan still works. i have it were when you start it the theremostat light goes on. Does that mean the fan will go on when its hott or do i have to wire some more crap

theres no need for a key.

i just unplugged my key from the harness and everything works fine, i didnt have to hotwire anything.
