Turf tammer tires 18/9.5/8 on universal bolt pattern rims (400ex and yamaha). Tires are groved for mx. $40 OBO. Bought off of ebay and they were suppose to fit the raptor but they didn't. They will fit the 400ex. Will take pictures tonight.

Here is some pictures but the quality is not the best due to be dropping the camera several times. The tires are 18/1/8 The right tire has a hole plugged.

I don't know if they hold air because they were shipped to me with no air and I just put them in my shed to collect dust. I will air them up tonight and see.
