Yeah, I wouldn't pay over $1,250 for it.......so f*cking abused, you could never find all the little Sh*t wrong with it. Better off finding a nicer one

Yeh im thinkin about it.But i just dont have alot of money to go spend on a alomst brand new or in really good condition.I cant pay ova $2000.And i got a bayou but no one wants that.So ill just see wats the least they can take and think about it good.

even if u get it cheap your gonna have to spend alot to fix it

well.. if i were looking at that.. i would NOT pay over 1000 for it.. and THAT is if it ran! that thing has been literally ran into the ground.. the front wheels have been flipped, causing horrible bumpsteer, the chain is actually RUSTED, the headpipe has dirt caked on it.. that tells me that the guy never washed it, oiled the chain.. probably never changed the oil, and just kept riding it..

I could sit here and list all the stuff wrong with it (from what the pictures show) but im too lazy to do that.. but what i will say is this.

If you buy it, dont pay over 1000, if it doesnt run, move on.. your going to spend at least 1000 right off the bat to fix what is screwed up on it..

your better off finding a nicer one.. they are out there.. but then again, when i had my 400, and was trying to sell it.. mine was probably one of the cleanest bikes out there.. had a few things wrong with it.. but it was all stuff you could do yourself.. and i let it go for way less than i wanted too.. you can find a pimp *** bike for around 2000 ... there was one a few weeks ago in the classifieds that had aftermarket shocks up front.. elka's.. for 2100...

there is no way i would pay over 1000 for that, just by lookin at it i can see it needs a new chain, new tires front and back, a new frame, it needs to be washed really good, the seat doesnt match up wit the gas tank, new paint on the a arms[and other places], a new bumper, new handle bars cuz there bent, and there are deff. MANY more things wrong wit it..... wut did that guy do to that quad?:huh

I didnt see the oil right there!!Now its getting to where i dont want it anymore.Ima offer them like $500 or $600 thats the most ill go.Yeh they hav alot of things wrong with it!The girl i talked to said she flipped it and bent the frame like that.And i dont know wat else she did to it :eek2: ??Thats sad wat ppl can do to a good quad.Mess it up like that,dont take care of it.Thats just sad!!

Bent frame- 2-500 dollars to replace
bald tires- 350
rusted chain/sprokets- 60-100
plastic is shot and doesn't line up- 350-500
bumper- 20-100
handlebars- 60

The stem might be bent, can't tell. There is also oil leaking out of the oil tank. Just looking at it it was never washed right, there is still grass and crap stuck in the frame and chain. the motor has all that caked on mud on it and there is also alot of surface rust on it. Even if you can get it for 500 dollars, unless you want to compleatley go through it rebuild everything and make it a really trick quad, don't even consider that 400ex.

Thats a wise decision to just keep saving your money and keep looking, good used atvs are out there they just take a little patience to find. That one needs alot more work than its even worth, your better off on your Bayou than that POS

Stay away from it unless you get it cheap, say under 500 bucks.
Then you would have a cheap beater quad.

Sounds like you made a good decision. Save just a little bit more money, and you should be able to find a really nice 400EX. There are sharp ones out there for fairly cheap. Good luck.
