Do I need rebound and preload adjustment

I have a 400ex and I am looking into the sports and racing series elka's. I ride and drag race in sand and i trail ride. I know I need compression adjustment but I am not sure if I need rebound and preload adjustment. What should I do? Another question I have is should I get LT or standard?

It all depends on what type of riding you do. Since you said your drag racein the sand and trail ride, are you gonna race mx or any other type? if so, and you can afford it, id get Long Travel, but only if you are a serious racer, like everyweekend, but if your gonna do it ike twice a year, id get standard. And im pretty srue they all come with preload adjustment, but rebound adjustment and compression adjustment are all available options for an added cost. Wait and see what suspension experts on here say, but that was just my .02.
