I can only start in neutral, with or without the clutch. Some sensor involved? Can it be disabled or maybe replace something in the clutch area?
Thanks

In gear and clutch pulled, it won't start. Only in neutral, with or without clutch pulled.

Sounds like the switch on your clutch lever went bad or is stuck.
Pulling in the clutch activates the switch which lets you start it in gear w/ the clutch pulled in.
I would check out that switch first. I know if the bolt that holds your clutch lever to the perch starts to back out it will sometimes stop working as well.
pull the wires off that go to the clutch lever. they come off easy. I am pretty shure that will solve your problem.

No, if you mean disconnect the wires that go to the clutch right by the start/light switch. You have to have those how they are to start in gear. What you can do though rbrad, is take apart the clutch and perch and find the two wires and splice them together, or cut the coating of them off, wrap them together, and put electrical tape around them. That should make it work. If you get an aftermarket clutch and perch, you have to do this.
