Unfortunately, there aren't any events for ATVs yet in the XGames, but it didn't stop the Akraix crew from coming out and checking out the action.

On a positive note, the company, MXi, responsible for the organizing the ATV portion of the Great Outdoor Games also manages all the motorized events at the XGames and they were pleased to announce that the ATVs received the highest ratings of any Great Outdoor Games, and look for bigger and better things for next year.

The Moto X FreeStyle was full of excitement this weekend with Jeremy "Twitch" Stenberg pulling off the 100' Backflip, which was a world record attempt and he stuck it perfectly. Also, Kenny Bartman showed the crowd his side saddle backflip in the Main Event going for Gold, and Nate Adams nailed the 360 in both runs, but Travis Pastrana also put in two great runs and utilized the X Games Wall in his routine

"Twitch" put in two incredible runs

"Twitch" put on a great performance for the crowd with some awesome tricks which wasn't a surpise after his Gold in Moto X Best Trick Performance.

2004 Moto X Freestyle Champion, Nate Adams, was looking for a repeat and even with his 360 and other big moves it just wasn't enough.

Travis Pastrana's tricks speak for themselves, but everyone of the final 5 riders had some awesome tricks, but his showmanship won over the crowd and judges to earn him his 6th Moto X Freestyle Event

Pastrana was the only rider to launch onto the side of wall with any height.

Just like anybody on top of his game, you have those that love him and those that hate him, but know one can deny his ability to stir the crowd to their feet, which is he is once again the Moto X Freestyle Champion.

After his performance, Travis was interviewed by the media and rushed back the medical trailer for an IV to hydrate him, so he would be able to compete on Sunday in the Moto X Super Moto event.

Dana Creech will be flying back to Maryland on Monday to film with Travis Pastrana till Thursday for Pastrana's next movie.

If time allows, I may try to stop by on Wednesday and capture some of the action

Don't worry ATVriders.com won't be chaninge its name to BIKEriders.com or MotoXriders.com, but I just thought everyone would like to see some photos from the XGames since I was already in California test riding the 2006 Yamaha YFZ450, which I will have a full report on in the near future.

Sure, usually about 3-5 days a week, and I will be on the road almost every weekend till November.

Are they both gonna be riding quads or whats the deal with that?

And why does Dana Creech all of a sudden remind me of the quad T.P.?
